Help: God/Skunk

Syntax: skunk <target>
Cost:   10 FP

Those who are devoted to Anifey may use her powers to summon a
skunk which will spray its putrid stench onto a target monster.
The stench is so bad, that no other players will be able to
attack said monster. The monster must be slightly wounded before
it can be sprayed, however.
