Syntax: shine <amount>
Cost:   amount (every minute) FP

Those who are devoted to Anar may use his powers to shine light upon them.
The intensity of the light is set with <amount>. To turn the glow off, turn
the intensity to 0. This light costs <amount> in faith points when cast,
and then every minute thereafter.
