Area: Port City of Halmouth

Halmouth was built on the northern edge of a peninsula at the desert coast
of the Shadar Desert. Halmouth is considered the Jewel of the Desert, even
though it has declined from its once hayday. This port city is known for its
Royal Naval Base, Citadel, bars and easy women.
